Super-easy ,Butter chicken/Paneer butter masala recipe!!!!!

Well this is the perfect dish when i'm the mood for hogging but cant afford the slogging!!!!hehehe!!!
I'm sure none o us are too keen on cutting onions.... but well we dont wanna compromise on the taste!!!!this is something i devised when i was too lazy to use my cutting board!!!but since then i always make my butter chicken and paneer butter masala like this!!!!!
.......I BET U WONT FIND ANY RECIPE ON THE NET EASIER AND FASTER THAN THIS....(WELL IF YOU DO HAPPEN TO FIND 1...PLLLL SEND IT 2 ME!!!).

So friends here are the list of ingredients for the paneer butter masala for 2-3 persons

1.paneer- 250g
2.butter or oil as per your health  condition and preference...obviously butter will taste better!!!-1tblspn
3.kasoori methi dried-2 tspn(this is a very imprtnt ingredient...brings out a gr8 aroma and flavour)
4-onions-2 medium sized
5.tomato-1 medium sized
6.sugar-1-2 tspn
7-salt-to taste
8.chilly powder-1 tspn
9.masala pwdr-1/2 tspn
10.jeera pwdr-1/4th tspn
11.coriander powder-1/4th tspn
12.garlic-2 pcs
13.ginger-very smal piece-d size of a chana dal to be precise(GINGER HAS A V STRONG TASTE..SO LESS IS FINE BUT MORE IS NOT)
14.MILK OR FRESH CREAM -1/4TH CUP....also as per health n wealth!!!lolzzzz
15.cashews-7-8 nos


METHOD
1.the first thing to be done is to SOAK THE CASHEWS IN THE MILK AND KEEP ASIDE

 2.POUR OIL/BUTTER INTO THE KADAI AND SHALLOW FRY THE PANEER CUBES AND KEEP ASIDE..U COULD SKIP THIS STEP AND ADD THE PANEER AS IT IS ALSO....wen i cook for myself i tend to skip dis step...n when its for an occasion...then i fry them...maybe a slight difference in taste but really not much of a difference!!!so guess U CUD KEEP IT HEALTHY HERE
3. BLEND ALL THE OTHER INGREDIENTS EXCEPT THE SUGAR AND KASOORI METHI IN A BLENDER TO A SMOOTH THICK PASTE.
4.POUR THIS INTO THE SAME KADAI IN WHICH YOU FRIED THE PANEER
5.COVER AND COOK TILL THE RAW FLAVOUR IS GONE..Should take about 8-10 min or so..keep stirring in between.!!!
6.add the paneer n simmer for 5 minutes
7..blend the cashews with the milk into a smooth paste.IN THE BLENDER.
8.pour this into the kadai...add sugar and salt as per your taste
9..add the kaoori methi n WHOLA U'VE GOT A GREAT DISH THAT ALL YOUR FOLKS ARE GONNA LOVE...
10.N THE BEST PART IT TAKES ONLY 15-20 MIN N NO CHOPPING AT ALL!!!!!

11.IF ITS FOR A PARTY U CUD ADD A PINCH OF RED FOOD COLOUR TO MAKE IT LOOK EVEN MORE APPETISING!!!!

NOW EAGER TO KNOW HOW TO MAKE BUTTER CHICKEN???
SIMPLE-JUST SUBSTITUTE THE PANEER WITH BONELESS CHICKEN PIECES MARINATED WITH SALT AND PEPPER ...!!!!!!
BUT OBVIOUSLY YOU HAVE 2 INCREASE THE FRYING TIME!!!AND U KNOW WHAT YOU COULD USE THIS BASE FOR ANY KIND OF MEAT OR VEGGIES!!!!
NOW ISNT THAT ONE HELL OF A RECIPE....!!!!!!!!
